Historic Hyde Park is an up and coming area of Kansas City.  Millions of dollars are being invested in this urban area of town to restore it to the beautiful area it once was, but with even more to offer it's residents.  New businesses are moving into the area and investors are grabbing up the properties to offer beautiful, affordable housing to those who want the urban feel, but without living in the center of downtown.  Hyde Park has a younger, hipper feel to it and is becoming one of the most desired areas of town to live in now.
